Reduce PCB Design Iterations and get to market faster

With our secure cloud PCB DFM tool based on real manufacturer constraints

Design for assembly

Manufacturer-specific BOM validation and identification of component placement and manufacturing violations. Users who lack access to ODB++ or IPC2581 can now easily upload their designs in Gerber 274x format.

PCBflow is a broad collaborative platform

Designed to accelerate, simplify and improve the handoff process from design to production. Designers and manufacturers can connect to share and collaborate on the platform, and instantly deliver designs to production.

Quick Pricing

Designers can now immediately get an accurate price estimate for the manufacturing and assembly of any design, simply by requesting a QuickPrice from within PCBflow, powered by Boardera.

Strict Security Standards

Secure, cloud-based, collaborative environment with no IT investment. Siemens takes information security seriously for the management of cloud environments and product offerings.

Smart, self-explanatory and interactive

DFM report includes critical violation highlights, statistics and much more. Powered by Siemens, Valor, an industry standard for DFM analysis.

Get-to-market faster

Save time and costs in the design-to manufacturing handoff process by addressing manufacturability challenges during the design phase.

Create mature designs earlier

As a cloud-based tool, PCBflow requires no installation or configuration. Designers can simply upload Design files into their secure cloud environment and select one or more manufacturers DFM profiles to apply for the analysis. PCBflow then guides through design violations, providing an interactive, web-based analysis and a downloadable PDF report for sharing. While ODB++ is a complete design format and widely used when available, not everyone has access to it. With PCBflow, users who lack access to ODB++ or IPC2581 can now easily upload their designs in Gerber 274x format and add missing details before proceeding with DFM
analysis.

PCBflow online tool and collaboration space

PCBflow accelerates the design-to-manufacturing handoff by providing a secure environment in which PCB design teams and manufacturers can connect to share and collaborate, and instantly deliver designs to production. It enables designers to rapidly perform a wide range of DFM analyses specific to the process capabilities of a selected manufacturing facility.

Here's what our clients say about us.

Peter Fruehauf, Project Manager, Siemens CT

Especially designers in small and medium businesses should run a DFM analysis as well, because otherwise they would make PCB designs, which are actually not manufacturable.

Tamir Hazan, Owner, Speed – Board Electronics Ltd.

For PCB designers, project sharing is very important. Designers and manufacturers should be able to work with OES. PCBflow allows that.

Evgeny Makhline, Nistec CTO

With PCBflow, manufacturers can prevent losses related to false production, reduce repairs by 80% and free up to ~600 engineering and quality hours per year – hours that can be invested in innovation and improvement

Martin Franke, Business Development Electronics, Siemens CT

A manual check always includes the risk of overlooking things. But, using this tool, you have an automatic iteration between the PCB fabricator on one hand and the designer on the other hand. The report hepls us to improve the process in two ways: first of all, time, but also quality.
